Shipping Methods

The way in which our websites calculate the shipping charge is intended to be as reasonably priced as possible for all orders, also giving customers a range of shipping methods. It is calculated as follows:

1. All our products have the net weight assigned to the item with an additional amount (approx 10% - depends on the product) to cover packing materials/handling/labour etc.

2. The shopping cart adds these totals to get a total combined shipping weight, and then uses this weight to determine the shipping services available to you and total cost.

3. Alternatively you can contact us and we will look at all the available shipping options for you.

Delivery Times:

Please allow 1-3 working days for UK Orders
Please allow 3-7 working days for Europe Orders
Please allow 4-15 working days for Rest of the World

The above are just a guide of the times your goods should arrive within, the above is dependant on the service you selected and the destination country of the goods, in some cases it may take longer than the above.

Special Delivery Options:

For our customers connivance we offer a range of special delivery options, including Time Definitive and Saturday Delivery services. Allendale Electronics Ltd cannot be held responsible if our delivery companies fail to deliver within the specified times.
